A security specialist with the overview of a generalist and therefore an effective consultant & engineer. You are at home in the world of network and application security, in which even complex projects, both technically and organisable, are well-known for you. To improve your technical capabilities and soft skills, you are always looking for new knowledge about your profession. In addition, you have a keen analytical eye and you do not shoot quickly in the stress. In fact, under pressure you are performing well.
Familiar with:
- Network and Voice knowledge & security eg: Firewalls, Proxies, DNS, sub-netting, emerging technologies such as SDN, VoIP.
- Vulnerability management;
- Cloud security with focus on leading cloud services like AWS, Azure.
- Risk assessments and experience with pen-testing scopes
- Proven security processes, technologies and architectures such as;
- Hardening, Patch management, access control, cryptography, communication protocols, Windows and Linux
- Application Security & Security Coding (OWASP)
- Agile Way of Working & DevOps
- Experience with IS documentation and reports writing and reviewing and delivering advice;
- Knowledge of IS risk management (frameworks) such as NIST, CIS, ISO27K, SANS, CCM.
