Junior Linux Administrator
My client is urgently looking for a Linux Administrator in Prague for a 6 months contract. You will be working for a large consultancy onsite with their client.
Please note that this is a junior role!
we are looking for the following skills:
Level 1 support with the main focus on Linux and Data Centre Technologies
Monitoring of the ticketing system (Service Now) and ticket handling
Ticket coordination between client and partners
Basic troubleshooting supporting Data Centre Technologies with focus on Linux and Windows Servers
Technical coordination and preparation of technical documentation and reports
What we expect:
At least 1 year of working experience with managing Linux (SLES 11/SLES 12/RedHat 7/Oracle Linux 7 - CLI) Server: Troubleshooting, iSCSI/Multipath
Knowledge of managing Windows Servers would be a big plus
Relevant work experience in the areas of Data Centre and Security - Basic Data Centre knowledge (Servers, virtualization, backup services) would be a big plus
Understanding of Event, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management after ITIL best practice
Experience from the Enterprise environment
