Oracle Infrastructure DevOps Engineer
One of my globally leading clients in Amsterdam is urgently looking for a passionate DevOps Infrastructure Oracle Engineer to join their beautiful offices in Amsterdam on a 12 month contract.
The ideal Oracle Infrastructure Engineer will have the following responsibilities*Be part of a team which creates high quality DataBase as a Service (DBAAS) Cloud Services for our client's consumers worldwide.
*Create services from an end to end perspective, and the Oracle Engineer's specialty lies within design, develop & test DBaaS.
*Services will be used in a large corporate environment where focus is on user experience, quality of build and security.
*Be part of a team where operations and development are equally important, and you will be playing an important role to keep the balance between these two.
*Actively drive the quality of the delivery of services, and taking every opportunity to automate and eliminate manual labour.
*Experience with administrating Exadata.
*Oracle patch strategy.
*Ansible.
*Automation skills, Scripting, Python.
*GIT/GITLAB and CD/CI tools and pipeline.
*Linux RHEL.
*Infrastructure.
*Pre: Azure DevOps.
*Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology.
*Strong Team Player and Experience in working with teams in and across sites.
*Bachelor's degree.
Contract duration: 12 Months.
Location: Amsterdam.
Rates: market rate.
