Network/Security Engineering - Porto
My client is looking for a Network/Security engineer to provide daily operations for the infrastructure (IP Core and access, lab security - Firewall, Lab Remote Access) locally and remotely.
Experience:
- Responsibility for configuration and maintenance of infrastructure Routers and Switches
- Responsibility for daily operations in security area (FW policy rule base configuration - maintaining efficient and up-to-date FW rulebase as per needs)
- Responsibility for managing remote access
- Responsible for laboratory Hardware dimensioning (monitoring current network usage and weak points, indicating needs for changes)
- Solves technical problems in IP/security area.
- HardWare fault management in scope area
- Experience with Cisco IOS configuration, hardware and software upgrades
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and related protocols and topics (sctp, DNS, ftp, smb, ntp, NAT)
- Working knowledge of network sniffing and analyzer tools (ping, traceroute, tcpdump, pcap, wireshark)
