Description
• Typically requires BS, CS, or University degree equivalent plus 5-8 years’ experience in network Consulting or telecommunications support environment. Advanced degree is also preferred.Project Details / Deliverables :
• Perform design reviews, assist the customer with analysis and diagnosis of complex networking problems.
• BCS activities and Projects on ACI, Datacenter, Scripting
Required Skills:
• Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment.
• Undertake support as designated Advanced Services Consultant for large-scale networks. Must possess strong technical account management skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in high-level support.
• Expert level knowledge in (2) of the following and strong knowledge in all other areas of: IP internetworking, LAN Switching, ATM & Voice technologies, IP Telephony, SAN, CDN, Optical, Wireless, IPCC.
• WAN protocols (Frame Relay, ISDN). IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• Active participant in virtual technology teams in Advanced Services.
• In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning.
• Professional level CCDP or CCNP and CCIE written
