Description
My client is a tier 1 organisation looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant. They're based in Paris and are looking for the right individual to start immediately. This is a long term engagement with the option to extend.
Required:
- French speaking is compulsory for this role. Professional proficiency and above only.
- AT LEAST one significant experience with HCM Cloud. Ideally candidates will be well versed in terms of certifications and professional work experience.
- Manage HCM Workshops
- Ability to talk to the business: strong communications and strong knowledge of the 'business' side of HCM cloud is crucial to this role.
- Experience in Learning & Recruitment is of particular interest.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of HR EBS
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle applications as a whole.
- Background in HR or Business Analysis.
We can expect a quick turnaround with this role - my client is looking for immediate starts and will interview within 1-2 weeks. Rates are dependent on experience however I would describe them as above the market average.
