Edward Carter Solutions are currently recruiting for a French-speaking Organizational Change Mangement Lead (SAP OCM) on behalf of our global partner.
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for the organizational readiness of ERP-related implementation. This position will lead aspects of change associated with the transformation of the organization to align with business processes
* Prior experience in Organizational Change Management
* Experience leading an OCM project
* French-speaking would be an advantage
* Change management certification or designation desired.
