Description
An experienced UTRAN RF Planning Engineer with working and understanding of Nemesis, 4G/3G/2G Planning support. Huawei BSS swap including 2G RF Planning/Prediction, 3G SC, 4G PCI/RSI Planning.
Technical support for 4G/3G/2G NW KPIs Planning teams.
- Will ensure proper technical support is provided for achievement of RF Planning projects involving 2G RF Prediction, 3G SC and 4G PCI/RSI planning.
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project and with several optimization teams.
- Will support his/her management in establishing priority in order to achieve best possible balance customer satisfaction versus project planning
Customer care
- Provide 4G/3G/2G technical support to customer teams, related to planning and prediction related matters..
- Reach customer satisfaction according to daily expectations
- Understanding and keeping under control the customer issues with the proper communication to the client.
Communication
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team
- Increase customer satisfaction and confidence by ensuring all issues identified are dealt with and provided a solution within the required timeframe.
Technical competence:
- Proven Huawei 4G/3G/2G Planning experience.
- Sound knowledge of OSS Huawei management
- Proven GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization experiences
- Excellent GSM/WCDMA system knowledge
- Swap experience is required.
RF Planning tool experience:
- Excellent knowledge of usual Prediction management tools is a must: SW suite required such as Atoll, Asset and Mapinfo.
- Knowledge of Huawei related tools ACP/IFOS is a definitive advantage

Operational quickly
- Experience: +/- 3 years in the 4G/3G/2G BSS Network Planning with at least 2 years in 3G UTRAN planning and 6 months in 4G Planning.
- Excellent GSM and 4G/3G UTRAN E2E network skills

- Proficient with Actix/Nemo/Atoll
- Proficient with OSS performance management post-treatment layers concept such as Metrica, Optima or equivalent.
