BYOD Project Consultant - Arnhem, NL- ASAP start- 3 months+
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a BYOD Project consultant who can help us delivering the following tasks within 3 months:
* Determine who the contractors are in the organization, where they reside, which applications they use and whether they work on or offsite
* Cluster groups based on similar application and access needs
* Determine how the applications can be accessed from a non-AN device and what the costs of any adjustments are
* Define how we can take back the machines already lent (all over the world) and how they can be managed (and what the costs are)
* Create a cost breakdown of the AN workplace in parallel and determine which cost drivers remain and which cost drivers we can eliminate
* Prepare business case after all above data Is received and present it to the business (steerco)
Requirements:
BYOD experience in a global environment
Experience as Project manager
5 to 10 years end-to-end experience
Required: Experience working in mid/large complex and diverse corporate environments
Desired: History working within Finance function. Demonstrated experience with more than one industry type including consulting experience or service delivery experience

Duration: 3 months initial contract

Rate: Negotiable
