Bookings Manager - OU/Sports - ScheduAll - Media Broadcast Services - Contract
(service delivery, incident management, Occasional Use events, broadcast media)
Our client, a global leader in the Telecoms and Media Broadcast arena, are looking for an OU Bookings/Special Events Coordinator to support the delivery of Media Services to broadcasters.
You will join the production Events/Booking team within the Broadcast Media Services group, set-up to manage the delivery of global Occasional Use (OU) Production events from concept to billing.
Key requirements are:
Experience supporting OU Services within Sports/Entertainment; exp with ScheduAll/NetInsight/Nimbravison or other bookings software; exp working in pressurised HD and UHD production environment; exp working with fibre, satellite and broadcast operators
This contract is very varied!
It includes:
Pre Sales support to sales team, assist with OU bids, planning/delivery of OU event, Incident management, collaborate with other internal global booking teams, support to MCR and Live events team the list goes on!
Our client need someone to hit the ground running OU Events, booking and Broadcast exp are essential. Experience with booking software such as SchedulAll or other a given. Also, you must enjoy a high energy, demanding environment to thrive in this contract.
