Salesforce Analyst
(Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Analyst, Administration, Agile, Scrum)
An international telecoms company are searching for an experienced Salesforce Analyst to join their team in Brussels.
We are searching for a person who can translate business requirements into something what can be built in Salesforce, using out of the box features of Salesforce as much as possible.
So candidate should have:
- Good analytical skills
- Have understanding of Agile and SCRUM
- Have knowledge of what is possible to do in Salesforce
- Being able to challenge business on their requests
We are not searching a developer for this position, this is rather analyst with good knowledge of Salesforce preferably with Administrator certifications.
Skills:
- At least 2 years as a SF/SC Analyst
- Good knowledge of out-of-the-box solutions and functionalities present in platform
- Ability to follow Salesforce roadmap and are able to advise on which new features of Salesforce
- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into solution designs. Ability to advise business about process optimization to optimize tool usage.
