Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp)
Location: London nr Fulham
IMMEDIATE START
Our major client based in London are looking for Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a temporary basis. You will report into the Accounts Payable Team Leader and ensure accurate coding, distribution for approval and entry of invoices into the system for payment.
More specifically your role will include -
- Data entry
- Supplier reconciliation
- Month end AP accruals
- Daily, weekly & monthly payment runs
- Weekly banking
- Credit card reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Completion of Credit Account applications
- Sorting and distribution of daily mail
Your Skills & Experience
- Outstanding experience with multiple Large ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
