Global Enterprise Partners are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join a long term project.

What You'll be Doing:
o Provides leadership and high-level technical or functional consultation for new systems development and for the enhancement of existing systems.
o Alignment of teams to the Program Increment (PI) Objectives and delivery of value. Guidance for the team relating to utilization of Agile practices and how to best ensure successful self-organization.
o Ability to lead without explicit authority. Removal of impediments to the teams' success.
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Management, or related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.
o SAFe for Teams certification (SA) a plus.
o Minimum of one year of experience in a Scrum or Agile role within IT.
o 3-5 years performing in a developer, software engineer, application engineer or business analyst role.
o Knowledge of and/or experience with the Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework a plus
