Procurement Portfolio Officer (£180 per day/inside IR35) - 3 months - Glasgow
I am looking for a Procurement Portfolio Officer for an initial 3 month contract with possibility of extension. This role is based in Glasgow and offers a daily rate up to £180.00 per day. Please note this role has been deemed as inside IR35.
Within the role you supporting the ICT Procurement team, assisting with the delivery of credible procurement strategies and contracts, involved in market and project analysis and progressing the procurement of high value/risk contracts. As Procurement Portfolio Officer you will be responsible for data gathering, analysis interpretation and dissemination of information and coordination of spend and savings information. You will also be responsible for administration duties such as managing Dynamic Purchasing Systems, arranging meetings and electronic filing.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Proven track record in supporting ICT Procurement projects
* Experience pf procurement within the Public Sector
* Membership of a relevant professional body (ie CIPS) or equivalent
