Kirtana consulting is looking for strong fluent finnish speaking Service desk analyst for 6months rolling contract in Finland.
Exp: 1-2 years
Job Description:
1. Should speak and write Finnish (expert level) & English.
2. Should have IT education in gymnasium or post that.
3. Preferably one to two years of experience in customer support (Voice and mail) for handling and classifying issues and helping users resolve their IT related issues.
4. Should be aware of ITIL Incident management process.
5. Knowledge on windows 7 & 10 OS.
6. Familiar with Service Now or any other ticketing tool.
7. Knowledge on Active Directory.
8. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
10. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
