Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer - Fluent Portuguese and English | Lisbon, Portugal | 6 months contract, extendable | Excellent hourly rate!

I am currently recruiting for a Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer (Fluent Portuguese and English speaking) to work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Duties of the Deskside Support, End-User Computing Engineer:

  • Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware
  • Very strong hands-on experience (Hardware and software)
  • Good knowledge of Win 10, Win 7 & MS Office
  • Application/software installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge/exposure to ticketing tools (Service Now)
  • Windows system administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills
  • Working knowledge of supporting computer peripherals, like printer, scanners etc.
  • Understanding of Active Directory, networking
  • Strong knowledge of server and network hardware and equipment

Excellent hourly rate!
