I am currently partnered with a leading global cable operator based in Amsterdam who have asked me to fine a Senior Human Resources Manager for an Interim/freelance project.
You will be r esponsible for the E2E employee process and operations supporting managers, employees and HR Business Partners in the UK and Netherlands. This includes managing a team of 8-10 individuals from junior members to senior advisors.
You will have a proven track record and experience in HR management, team and people leadership, strong communications skills, ability to build internal and external networks, proactive.
