Technical Project Manager - Trader Voice, IPC Unigy, NTR, Avaya, IQMax
Role:
ITPM/YASH are seeking an experienced technical project manager with specific experience on IPCs Unigy platform and adjunct voice systems to start in January 2020. You will manage the migration of users from 60W to 1CC and associated services
Experience:
* Detailed knowledge of IPC Unigy Trader Voice Systems architecture, NTR Voice Recording, Avaya, Networks, Firewalls, Enterprise Voice, Private Wire Carrier Technology
* Familiar with IQMax Touch features and functionality
* Recent project experience in migrating users from one turret version to another
* Experience in migrations or private lines from one data centre to another
* Managing external vendors/suppliers
* Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
