A financial client that i am working close with are urgent looking for a Learning design specialist.
Key Requirements:
* Experience of managing end to end learning along the development cycle (needs analysis to ongoing evaluation) supported by theoretical knowledge
* Demonstrates and proposes insights into the shifts in expectations of leaders and people managers at all levels
* Extensive detailed learning design experience with a concern for end-user experience and alternate delivery channels such as digital and mobile that contain a clear central message
* Demonstrates able to access a broad range of external insight and expertise and select the appropriate approach
* Demonstrates leadership of the learning agenda for people managers and senior leaders
Learning design is critical for this role
