IT Recruitment Consultant - Hungarian Market - Hungarian Speaking
We have received instructions from one of the leading Recruitment consultancies in Hungary for a Hungarian speaking IT Recruitment Consultant with Hungarian market experience. This exciting and challenging project is happening in a beautiful and vibrant city in Hungary and will provide long term (12 months) job continuity and lots of job satisfaction.
You will setup and be responsible for the mapping out of candidates and gathering market information and managing candidates interview process from start to finish.
Required Key Skills and Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of IT recruitment exp in Hungary is must
- Should have sound market knowledge to share MI for various technologies
- Should be strong in sourcing
- Should have work exp in hiring fixed term and contract positions
- Managing candidates interview process from start to finish
- Mapping out candidates and gathering market information
- Updating and maintaining internal databases and systems.
- Posting advertisements on job boards and social media
- Hungarian is a must, a second language is an advantage
