Linux Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience as a Linux engineer/production support engineer.
- Solid experience with Unix/Linux admin, troubleshooting, Scripting and automation.
- Solid experience with virtualization, storage, network and security practices.
- Experience with reliability engineering and system monitoring.
- Experience with system performance, problem identification, root cause analysis, etc.
- Work with end users to resolve incident tickets and participate in on-call rotations for incident support.
