Messaging Analyst - O365, Mobile Device, Exchange
My financial services client is looking for a Messaging Analyst to fulfil a 3 months contract in Crawley.
Role Purpose
To provide support and management of the company's messaging and collaboration infrastructure. Must have skills are: Office 365, Mobile Device Management and Microsoft Exchange.
Key Responsibilities
* To provide Technical Support for all components of the messaging Infrastructure: Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook Web Access, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Rightfax, Intune and Omni Analyser
* To provide management of third party products, including liaison with suppliers as appropriate
* Participate in the build and configuration of new messaging Servers when required
* Upgrade the version of messaging software when required
* Participate in project work as required
Experience
* Strong experience of supporting messaging technologies
Knowledge
* Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Web Access
* Symantec Enterprise Vault
* Intune
* Rightfax
* MobileIron
* Omni Analyser
* Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
