Finance Transition Manager - Warsaw, Poland - Initially 6 months
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Finance Transition Manager to join an international client with a project based in Warsaw, Poland. As Finance Transition Manager, you will be transforming up to FTE 40 European positions to one of the Global hubs.
Finance Transition Manager Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in Transition management
- Have done at least 5 transitions end to end
- Experience in Finance and Procurement transitions
- Experience in Back Office transitions in procurement and Finance
- Strong Finance background: ie understand Finance processes and 'speaks the language of the controller'
- Fluent in English - Italian is a plus
- Strong communicator
- Strong project management (NON IT)
- Able to drive the delivery in transition
Finance Transition Manager Contract Details:
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: Initially 6 months - possibility to work 1 day remotely per week
- Rate: Negotiable
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
