SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR BASED IN FINSBURY, LONDON, UK.

Our global technology client have an exciting opportunity and are looking for a sales support administrator to join them on a 12-month contract. Working 40 hours per week paying £10-14 per hour DOE.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team by bridging the gaps between two sales databases. You will be at the forefront of troubleshooting day-to-day support requests such as discount approvals, promotion reviews, and partner reviews, as well as longer term projects to improve Back End system efficiency's in integrating the two databases.

This role is perfect for someone early on in their career and who wants a vibrant work environment with high impact and immediate results.

As the Sales Support Administrator, you would be required to:
* Route live deals to the appropriate account owner to optimise daily sales operations.
* Be conducting conflict checks for incentive programs.
* Match one company's existing customer and reseller database to that of another.
* Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to solve escalations.
* Solve sales representative's questions regarding sales systems and processes.
* Conduct internal and outside research.
* Ensure that company policies are being met in sales transactions.
* Use one companies commerce tool and the others Salesforce.
* Have the ability to work in a high energy and high deal volume environment
* Have attention to detail is an absolute must along with strong organisational skills coupled with multi-tasking ability.
* Have proven experience in job where attention to details, accuracy was required.
* Have previous experience in fast paced and high volume environment, where candidate had to deal with multiple tasks; strong organisation skills.
* Have proven experience in a job where candidate had to meet deadlines.

Desired skills of the Sales Support Administrator:
* Must be comfortable working with deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel preferred.
* Previous experience in sales support or data entry preferred.
* A university degree preferred but is not required.
