Description
Eximius are recruiting for a contact centre consultant to work with a company in Cork, Ireland. You will need to be a Genesys technical specialist with experience in PureConnect environments to assist this customer. Your role will be based with the end customer when not remote.
As the onsite PureConnect specialist your role will include supporting the client existing environment, helping them to implement transformation/change to their cloud contact centre and to assist them in evaluating other CC/CX products to help them maximise their engagement.
This role is technical so you will need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the technology when required. You will be working with the in house IT team so there is support around you. There is a chance that this contract will extend as the project continues but it is initially for 4 months. Apply now as my client wants to interview immediately and get someone started ASAP.
