Description

Our client is supporting a market leading brand across multiple sites in Europe. We need IT support technicians that speak English and with excellent customer support skills.

The technical environment involves:

  • Windows 7 and Mac OS Support
  • Solid Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP
  • Windows Servers and permissions
  • Cisco telephone and conferencing systems
  • Physical and virtual server management
  • Networking skills - Switches/Firewalls etc

You will:

  • Have fluency in English
  • Log all incidents and manage problems via an ITIL system
  • Troubleshoot all IT issues related to hardware, software, apps, remote access, voice and video conference and security
  • Deliver IT orientation to new employees
  • Manage outsourced engineers
  • Work as an internal business partner
