Our client is supporting a market leading brand across multiple sites in Europe. We need IT support technicians that speak English and with excellent customer support skills.
The technical environment involves:
- Windows 7 and Mac OS Support
- Solid Active Directory/DHCP/DNS/TCP/IP
- Windows Servers and permissions
- Cisco telephone and conferencing systems
- Physical and virtual server management
- Networking skills - Switches/Firewalls etc
You will:
- Have fluency in English
- Log all incidents and manage problems via an ITIL system
- Troubleshoot all IT issues related to hardware, software, apps, remote access, voice and video conference and security
- Deliver IT orientation to new employees
- Manage outsourced engineers
- Work as an internal business partner
