Description
Our client is seeking a Network Monitoring Administrator that will work alongside a managed service provider for 5 to 6 weeks to be trained on the implementation and configure of SolarWinds across the enterprise. There after you will be responsible for ongoing configuration and support.
Will consider candidates that have configuration experience and no implementation. Must have experience configuring, and maintaining large SolarWinds environments consisting of 14+ polling engines supporting the following software modules:
NPM - Network Performance Monitor
NCM - Network Configuration Manager
NTA - NetFlow Traffic Analyzer
UDT - User Device Tracker
IPAM - IP Address Manager
SRM - Storage Resource Monitor
APE - Additional Polling Engine
VMAN - Virtualization Manager
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for working along with SolarWinds software installer during the 5-6 week deployment phase.
Work with functional areas to determine needs
Creating, adding devices and modifying new environments.
Create maps of statewide functional areas.
Be able to troubleshoot all installed software modules.
