DevOps Engineer
Exciting opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join an innovative technology company.
You will i mplement and setup CI/CD pipeline process (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Delivery/Deployment, and Continuous Monitoring), enable us to build/deploy platform app suites consistently and faster with better quality, and work with the IT Operations team to maintain host environment to keep all environments up and running and resources utilized appropriately with auto scaling capability.
You will be part of a Scrum team and be responsible for analysis of the requirements during pre-PI planning, and coming up with the solution and implementing during the PI/Sprint.
This is a 6 month contract position with a "potential" option to extend or convert, and is based in the Sandy Springs area. Opportunity to telecommute up to two days a week after you get established and with approval from your manager. Excellent opportunity to make an impact on high profile projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of DevOps Engineering
- CI/CD with Jenkins pipeline
- Linux scripting
- DevOps tools (prefer Bamboo, Chef, and Puppet)
- Infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Consultative personality
- Passionate about technology and learning
