Global Enterprise Partners are currently looking for a CRM Operations Lead for an exciting engagement near to Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:
The CRM Operations Lead will actively manage the day to day operations of CRM programs in partnership with our CRM business stakeholders (Consumer Opt-In, Consumer eCommerce, B2BeCommerce, Corporate Communications, and other teams).
This role will have broad responsibility and empowerment to identify and implement technical and operational requirements of each new CRM program. Candidates should have a broad and well-rounded understanding of CRM ecosystems.
Skills required:
- Adobe Certified Expert - 2+ years as an Adobe Campaign Specialist
- Strong API development and management skills
- Demonstrated competency in a variety of Data Transport and ETL processes and methodologies. Prefer experience with via Azure Data Factory
- Moderate technical troubleshooting capabilities
