WORKDAY INTEGRATIONS CONSULTANT/REMOTE/CONTRACT
I am ideally looking to speak to candidates who are currently certified or have been previously certified. The role is 90% remotely based with occasional travel to Paris which will be accommodated by the client.
Role: Workday Integrations Consultant
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Remote (occasional travel to Paris)
Rate: £600-£650 per day
Responsibilities include the following:
- Completing activities in design, build, and test of integration solutions and reports
- Deployment of Workday integration solutions
- Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration; may have supervisory responsibilities
- Accountable for assigned integrations and/or project activities assigned by technical lead or supervisor
- Interaction with all workstreams including functional, reports, conversion, change management and project management
Experience
- Proficiency in multiple integration areas: Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs/iLoad solutions
- Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
- Cloud Connect for Benefits (nice to have)
- Workday HCM functional (nice to have)
- Prior experience with requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an HR information systems (HRIS) environment
