Description
Office 365 Implementation Consultant
Alkmaar, North Holland Province, Netherlands
Role:
Supporting the rollout of both Office 365 and the global AD. Partnering with, and supporting internal customers with implementation of Office 365, Active Directory Synchronization (AAD Connect), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).Daily interaction with other (Partner) Consultants and Client project members to provide and share technical issue resolution knowledge and deployment/adoption processes best practice.Providing technical support to local IT staff to prepare for the migration to the new platforms (eg connectivity, data preparation, authentication).Identifying out of scope items and liaising with various stakeholders eg Sales Lead in addressing those items.Documenting internal customer & stakeholder engagements, status and delivery details. Skills:
Technical knowledge base of Office 365 for example Exchange Online, Azure AD, Office Suite/Office Pro Plus, Skype for Business, SharePoint Online, EMS.Cloud proficiency and knowledge in order to articulate and advocate why Cloud and Office 365 equates to transformational industry change.Experience in implementation and roll out projects of Office 365 and Active Directory, preferably in small and medium sized enterprise environments.Understanding of service delivery and customer focus to drive business impact based on in-depth customer requirement understanding.Able to collaborate well on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups and varying priorities.Fluent in both spoken and written English, excellent communication skills.Effective communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders at multiple levels.Adaptable to less structured environments.
