Our client is an esteemed organization in Belgium, with a well-known brand for every Belgian citizen. To improve on their quality brand, they are investing strongly within data, customization and insights to present an even better brand to their customers on a daily basis.
Part of this strategy is executed within the division of Business Processes & Systems, which supports multiple internal clients within the business in the way they manage their information and data. This data driven team thinks outside of the box, developers and understands completely all the mysteries that data quality holds, to support the business processes. Therefore, this new role has been created to support the business in creating solutions and partnerships internally, launching new initiatives to enhance the data quality in an effective manner.
You will be guarding the data quality galaxy of this great organization where every team feels like a family of likeminded, intellectual professionals who strive to become the best retailer in Belgium in every category. A snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Analyzing, controlling and evaluating data and data streams
- Reporting the information to the Information Management Department and making proposals to improve the data quality
- Documenting terms and definitions within your area of expertise so there is one clear guideline for everyone
As a professional, you are cool, calm and collected and have at least 3 years MDM experience. DAMA or DMBOK certified or memberships are a plus but not a must. You speak fluent English OR Dutch and can work onsite in the HQ in Vlaams Brabant and the regional offices, to really implement this strategy in all parts of the business.
