Description
We are currently searching for a Change Portfolio Manager to join one of our clients in the Netherlands on an initial 1-year contract.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Leading in setting up a reporting structure for a new department towards senior management
- Inventorize progress reports or department initiatives with various frequencies and goals
- Creates and keeps track of our overall change portfolio and detailed planning including dependencies and impediments
- Prepare the quaterly portfolio review for senior management
- Expert/experience in Jira is highly appreciated
- Is a sparring partner for senior management, leads workshops and pro-actively comes with improvements
- Implement the on-boarding policies, procedures and practices or new members to the organization
