A leading managed service provider are on the lookout for a 1st Line Helpdesk Support, with some experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

- At least 2 years commercial experience supporting large user bases
- Experience supporting Windows environment
- Mobile Device support
- Desirable - Zendesk ticketing
