Description

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Capability Manager to assist with the talent capability within a Digital Innovation Accelerator across their product development and innovation space.

This will support the delivery of a Human Centre design lead product capability as a true greenfield program, from ideation to implementation and a long term sustainable growth model.

About the Role:

- Help the establishment of a new digital accelerator further to the successin the UK, driving the global culture and employee engagement and retention
- Implement the strategy to build a pipeline of diverse talent for current and future vacancies (targeted search, referral scheme promotion, event organisation etc)
- Liaise with various hiring managers across a number of ventures to prioritise recruiting workload
- Work closely with the central HR teams to participate in cross-functional projects such as improving the employer brand, university relationships, etc
- Manage recruiting data integrity to drive KPIs and measure the ROI of our tools such as job boards
- Discuss roles and candidate profiles with hiring managers and ensure job descriptions are in place
- Ensure that the relevant approval authorisation is obtained for the hiring process
- When required collate CVs and providing a shortlist of suitable candidates for hiring managers
- Process offer details with HR and Finance teams and coordinate onboarding efforts with hiring manager(s) and HR
- Develop trusted offboarding plan for leavers of differing natures

About You:

- A strong background in recruitment/talent acquisition (experience working for a Recruitment Agency as well as internal would be advantageous), especially within Development, Engineering and Product
- Experience working within a large company and/or a high growth start-up where you have built and executed the recruitment process
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Relishes being hub of activity and doesn't allow frequent interruptions to impact work quality
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- A passion for technology would really stand out!

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment.

You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
