Senior Java Developer | 12 Months | Brussels
I am partnering with major organisation who are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join their cross-functional team for an initial 12-months contract. Utilise your skills to develop, implement, and maintain a large scale Java-based projects.
What your responsibilities are:
- Maintaining/improving existing product application's module
- Refactor, debug and optimize software components
- Strong experience in Test-Driven Development.
- Expertise in Java 8, Data structure, algorithms etc.
- Code reviews ensuring all solutions are aligned to architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues.
- Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate.
Your experience:
- Minimum of 6 years professional Java experience.
- Solid experience in Java 8.
- Strong experience with Spring and Spring-Boot.
- Good knowledge in Front End technologies such as; JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, Html 5.0 and Hibernate).
- Previous experience AWS Cloud and Microservices.
- MySQL or any Relational Database
- Experience with design Patterns
- RESTful Web Services
- JUnit, Mockito, SpringBootTest
- Strong experience with Agile/scrum methodology.
