Migration Support professional/Contract - 2 Months/Location-Paris/Start - November
We are looking for migration support professional for a 2 month contract for a reputable client based in Paris, France. The successful candidate will be English and French speaking candidates. You will have experience in technical assistance to provide project coordination and mailbox migration support with knowledge of Office 365 migration projects.
Experience Required
*Knowledge of Office 365 migration project to support end user related activities during mailbox migration.
*Microsoft partner will work closely with customer's IT team and provide the end user support and troubleshoot the issues reported relating to access to Office 365 service
*worked or supported organisation working in Exchange Hybrid environment
*familiar with messaging concepts - mail flow, accessing mails on mobile platform, handling Outlook related challenges
*Experience in working with Migrate Messaging Platforms, Office 365 and Pro Plus
