Tech Lead - Java
A leading Baltics financial services company are looking for a Tech Lead to work either in Riga, Tallinn or Vilnius. The role is to work on an open banking project.
The role will not be hands-on and you will required to be a leader.
Skills:
- 4+ years of experience leading technical teams;
- Self-sufficient and proactive;
- Good background in one or a few of this is a plus - Java and Spring framework, APIs, DevOps, solution/software architecture.
The Tech Lead will work closely with:
- Project manager for priority and timelines
- BA/Architect to understand the requirement
- DevOps for deployment/release related tasks
- all developers to coordinate the development tasks
- test lead for defect resolution.
