We are looking for a technical profile to integrate our Workstation infrastructure team
Managing a fleet of 5,000 workstations and related projects (upgrade windows 10, management
obsolescence, active evolution directory, telephony/softphony, printer management, network
We are looking for a person present mainly in Luxembourg to support all group entities
Improved end users service on the Workstation (knowledge base, incident resolution assistance, continuous improvement)
Leading infrastructure projects in the 2020 project plan
Experience:
Experience in W10, Office 2016
Piloting support activities with delegation to an external provider
Application integration in Windows, package evolution management
ODBC links problem solving, network feeds, Applications integration
Users communication/training
Audits
Resolution tracking capability with multiple stakeholders
Good organizational and project management capacity
