My client in the banking sector requires a French Speaking Technical Project Manager for Workstations and who has experience of migrating/upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and Office 2016

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of office technical project management experience.
  • Experience in Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations and Office 2016.
  • Piloting support activities with delegation to an external provider
  • Application integration in Windows, package evolution management ODBC links problem solving, network feeds, Applications integration.
  • Users communication/training
  • Audits
  • Resolution tracking capability with multiple stakeholders
  • Good organizational and project management capacity
  • French and English is required for this position

Personality:

  • Methodical and organised, fluency in exchanges with technical teams, synthesis spirit for appropriate communication to management.
  • Autonomy with constant reporting to management.
  • Good contact with users, facilitator and looking for pragmatic solutions.
  • Good ability to organise and manage projects.

Project Details:

We are looking for a technical profile to integrate our Workstation infrastructure team

Managing a fleet of 5,000 workstations and related projects (upgrade windows 10, management obsolescence, active evolution directory, telephony/softphony, printer management, network.

We are looking for a person to work onsite in Luxembourg to support all group entities.

Improve end users service on the Workstation (knowledge base, incident resolution assistance, continuous improvement)

Leading infrastructure projects in the 2020 project plan
