Rewards Consultant- 4 month contract- London
Resource Solutions are currently recruiting for a Rewards Consultant on behalf of AXA PPP. This is an initial 4 month contract with likely extension, based at the AXA PPP site in central London.
The purpose of this role is to provide a dedicated Reward subject-matter expertise to a project in AXA PPP Healthcare, working to design a new Organisational Design (OD) and Target Operating Model (TOM).
Broadly there are 3 broad and distinct deliverables for the interim role:

Scoping Phase
Deliverables: Nov to Dec 2019
Implementation Phase
Deliverables: Jan to June 2020
- Scope harmonization of T&Cs, benefits & engagement (including pay family mapping & pensions) with AXA PPP HR stakeholders.
- Validate T&Cs costs.
- Create scope of work based on known activities and dependences.
- Define retention guidelines
- Support ExCom and HR lead in working up definition of greenfield site employee proposition.
- Work as a member of the OD/TOM HR Indigo+ workstream team
- Produce detailed project plan based on scope (via business change manager support)
- Manage the delivery within the timelines and budgets
- Report on progress, risk, issues
- Stakeholder management
- Lead interface into the UK reward and UK pensions team
- Implement the harmonisation of T&Cs including the employee engagement approach
- Potential inclusion on new role types into pay family for more retail orientated roles
- Role evaluations for PPP OD/TOM work
- Salary guidance for some specific roles/capability groups
- Bonus/incentive schemes reviews
Base location for this role:
This role can be based out of the central London site or can be home based, but the role holder will need to travel occasionally to London, Glasgow, Bournemouth and Tunbridge Wells offices.
