Description

The Task:

Templeton & Partners Limited is currently looking for an IT Resource Management Lead, initial contract is 12 months based in Hague.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to head up the Resource Management team to and drive effective resource management processes and practices on a global scale.

The role:

The IT Resource Management Leader will direct a dynamic team of Resource Managers and Analysts who manage resource matching and allocation for the capability centers ranging from up to 3000 resources (staff and contractors) across different geographic locations and across multiple resource groups. You will be a passionate leader who can coach and mentor a high-performing team to continuously learn and grow, while constantly raising the standards through exceptional delivery. You will bring your strategic partnering and exceptional relationship building skills to manage requests, allocations and escalations for resources with our respective groups and key stakeholders as well as effectively manage supplier relationships with ease. You'll bring your drive to succeed in flexible and challenging circumstances in a maturing business model and can act with autonomy to develop effective solutions where broader frameworks might not be in place.

We'll need your expert data analytical skills to provide insightful reporting and advice to the Competency Centre Leadership. You will provide guidance and consulting on the resource management process to include trends analysis, identifying current and future skill and capability gaps and continuous improvement initiatives that drive quality, availability, and consistency across the resource management data. You will also bring your extensive experience in Resources Management to support and work with the Head of Enterprise Resource Management to implement governance, CI, and any other initiatives taken up in the Enterprise Resource Management Function that deliver value, sustainability and strong return on investment. It will be essential that you bring a solid understanding of the disciplines and roles in IT Projects and Services, the Demand Lifecycle of Resources and knowledge of the Project Delivery Framework and Lifecycles.

Requirements:

This role requires working across different geographies and lines of business in a multi-sourcing environment, generally virtually, with limited travel opportunities.

Previous experience leading a resourcing and talent planning service as well as expertise in managing a diverse workforce strategy would be essential to the role.

You'll demonstrate a track record of developing focused resourcing and talent strategies and solutions across diverse workforce models on a large scale.
