Monarch are sourcing for an Account Director to work with an Advertising pharma agency who are based in London. This is a great opportunity for someone to work with a global organisation with some great technologies within a team that is constantly expanding.
The successful applicant for the Account Director role will ideally have some of the below skills:
- To support senior team with current and upcoming work and pitches
- Must have marked experience at senior management level in an advertising agency
- Would be great to have Pharma background, as accounts are very clinically focused, but experience delivering for a highly regulated sector will be considered
- Experience in brand management of medical devices also desirable
- Brilliance at client, team and project management is taken as red
- Demonstrable experience of delivering advertising tactics in a leadership in a hands on role, is a must
