Oracle Financials & Property Manager Techno Functional Consultant (Arabic Speaker)
Oracle Financials & Property Manager Techno Functional Consultant (Arabic Speaker) required by Whitehall Resources for a 1 Year extendable to 3 Years project assignment for our client based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
*Please note our client is not transferring IQAMA's so we are looking for a candidate with their own valid visa or IQAMA sponsor that they are able to manage independently.*
Skills/Experience Required:
- 5 + years experience in Oracle Property Manager
- End to End Implementation and support experience in Oracle Property Management module
- Provides the ability to manage major real estate tasks, including creation and administration of property, lease administration and office space allocation.
- Closed integration & any enhancement between all ERP Modules
- Oracle ERP mix is 75% Technical and 25% Functional. Proficient in Apps modules technically, besides having a good functional understanding of the Business flows across modules. Strong knowledge of Oracle Architecture, Oracle Tools, OAF and Java
- Must possess good understanding of Oracle technical areas like PL/SQL, OA Framework, (Java, JSP, XML), Forms, Reports, Workflow, Programming Skills
- Implemented Oracle Applications Technical Customizations for numerous Oracle Property Manager projects
- Experienced with the design and development of Interfaces, Data Conversions, Extensions, Views, Triggers, API's, Packages, TCA, Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Candidate must already be based in Saudi Arabia and available immediately or at short notice
