Description

Eximius are recruiting on behalf of a global technology brand who require a long term contractor to join their contact centre support team and support the Genesys PureEngage cloud environment they have in place. You will be providing level 3 support to global users including VIPs as part of a follow the Sun workflow.

This role requires an experienced Genesys engineer who has worked with the PureEngage platform in an enterprise level environment either providing support or implementing new contact centres. This role requires experience with SIP Server, email, chat, social integration and cloud technologies so it would best suit an engineer with 5+ years experience.

There will be some on call work as part of this role for which you will be paid. You will be required onsite in Ireland for at least 4 days per week so that you can work closely with the rest of the EMEA support team and help cross train other engineers.
