Mechanical general maintenance fitter with an indentured mechanical discipline that is very adaptable.
At present the majority of tasks are basic including preventative & corrective maintenance of existing plant & building, general repairs & handrail installations, but in the future we will require the person to be trained to maintain equipment including possibly robots, manipulators & remote tooling which will be installed within the next couple of years & will require maintaining but am still awaiting the proposals for future requirements.
The role is to provide a mechanical maintenance operator resource for the project as at present we don't have a trained person, there is the potential that a lot of training will be required in the future to enable the role to progress with the new plant being introduced, Ideally the candidate will be a person who is keen to learn, able to work to systems as well as on their own initiative & have wide general maintenance knowledge/understanding.
