Managed Services Consultant - Telecom/SOC/Operations/CEM/SQM/Network
My client are a leading provider of network software and virtualisations systems to the mobile telecoms industry. They require a SOC (Service operation centre) expert to work on a transition programme.
The client are moving from a traditional Network Operation Centre to a Service Operation Centre which is aimed to improve network experience.
The successful candidate will be reviewing bids from managed services companies to evaluate their proposals and help to define customer needs.
Responsibilities include putting together technical proposals, meeting vendors and assisting in the implementation of the Service Operation Centre.
You will come from a Managed Services background and previous experience working on a NOC/SOC transition is essential.
Spanish speakers required.
3 month initial contract with extensions.
