Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Växjö , Sweden
Duration: 6 months Contract
Key scope of work involves long term support for applications based on Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM.
1. The person should be well versed in Swedish as well as English in all formats of communication (read/write/listen/speak) and articulate translations well.
2. Person would serve as the bridge between client business users (Swedish) and IT technical and functional support team (English speaking remote team)
3. Person should be willing to work out of client office in Vaxjo.
4. There should be decent knowledge of IT terminology and knowledge about forest industry would be an added plus
5. Person should exhibit certain degree of project management skills ability to handle multiple communications between primary vendor and some 3rd party vendors involved for ensuring the timelines are kept well within the SLA.
