Securities and Capital Markets(Mandatory) background with Business Analysis in regulatory Reporting and Compliance
The prime duty is to make the coordination with the clients to understand their requirements and to convert the requirements to functional terms to share with the development team and guide the team to deliver.
Previous experience and exposure to PLSQL, Unix,Oracle SQL skills for data analysis
Expert in applying business analysis and Datamodelling techniques and in producing high quality work-products
Proven track record as Business and Data Analyst on medium to large scale projects
Expert in applying agile development methodology especially in terms of artefacts to be delivered
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; very well-versed in asking the right questions and transferring the answers into appropriate business specifications;
Strong statistical, analytical, problem-solving, synthesizing skills
Experience with large organizations and working with globally spread teams
Project experience in the Legal or Compliance area would be a plus
