Implementation Manager urgently required for our Central Government, Nottingham based client on a 6 month initial contract + possible extensions.Implementation for customers and process improvement
- Execution of the implementation process
- Continuous improvement of the implementation of new customers
- Ensuring governance and quality principles are met
- Identify customer requirement for support and own the Implementation process from beginning to end, handing over to the Account Support Manager once the successfully on-boarded.
Essential:
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Implementation experience ideally in the area of healthcare
- Commercial experience
- Programme management
- Ability to work with data (analysis and presentation)
- National travel
- Excellent Customer relationship management
- Project Management
