Description

Implementation Manager urgently required for our Central Government, Nottingham based client on a 6 month initial contract + possible extensions.

Implementation for customers and process improvement
  • Execution of the implementation process
  • Continuous improvement of the implementation of new customers
  • Ensuring governance and quality principles are met
  • Identify customer requirement for support and own the Implementation process from beginning to end, handing over to the Account Support Manager once the successfully on-boarded.


Essential:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Implementation experience ideally in the area of healthcare
  • Commercial experience
  • Programme management
  • Ability to work with data (analysis and presentation)
  • National travel
  • Excellent Customer relationship management
  • Project Management
